Go on Dashboard and you will find Online store on the left navigation bar, click on that > choose Pages > Now you will be on the Page panel where you can select the page which you want to delete by simply click on the box icon in front of page name > after clicking the icon your page will select, now choose the action > click on delete permanently > click on submit and your page will be deleted permanently.
